It is on sale right now, but I have no clue where to buy it ? It is not on Legendary Motorsports nor in any of the shops. Am I blind XD ?

The Roosevelt Valor is only made temporally available during the Halloween event and then it will be permanently removed again from purchase. If you are a car collector like me then I advice you to buy it now along with the other Halloween vehicles.
