GTA6 is going to be trash, and the writing is on the wall.

No im not talking about the leaked footage or any of that crap. I have no doubt the game will be very beautiful and will push high end pcs to the limit just like every installment before it.
No its just going to be awful. And you dont even need to speculate, or conspiracy theory over it. Just literally look at everything rockstar has done in the last ten years.
Look at how they treated RDR2 online, how they handled the remastered gta games, how they handle this game in particular. How they completely stopped development on the single player game and focused entirely on the online portion only, because yeah, it was planned to have more single player heists and content at one point.
Look at how theyve monetized the ♥♥♥♥ out of the game, and continue to try and find new ways to do so.
Look at how theyre unafraid to remove content, and expect you to thank them for it.
Look at how they care so little about the online portion of it, so long as you keep buying shark cards. Who cares if the lobbies are riddled with hackers. Who cares if the game encourages the most toxic behaviors. It just needs bigger guns and more people buying them with shark cards.
Look at how every writer that made the game what it is, is now gone, and has been for a good while.
And thats all on top of the rumors that there wont even be much, if any single player content at all.

Rockstar hasnt had a single win since the launch of GTO, other than RDR2, and even then they somehow managed to blemish that too. There is no reason for anyone to expect anything more than a monetized utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with 6.

I stopped playing GTA V/Online since March, no plans on reinstalling it for a foreseeable future, if at all. And GTA 6 will essentially be a hype train that ends up dead in its tracks.

Yeah pretty much same here. I havent played in quite some time. I was thinking about popping in a few months back to do some driving, maybe run cayo again a few times and buy some new cars or planes or something, but then they had that big 'remove cars' updates. That was honestly the straw for me.

Couldn't agree more. And there's no reasoning with folks who blindly defend GTA V/Onlline with their asinine reasons because they'll simply get triggered and say that Rockstar Games are the best.

You are right.... the way RS is treating their loyal fans is like how only fans will buy anything. I'll wait until reviews are in. Todays games are pushed out fast and buggy. Then we get patches. The days of Rock Stars golden age are long gone. I remember when they were so powerful and innovative. They just wanted to please their loyal fan base.

Yeah. Its also truly tragic when the devs dont really care about the modding to begin with. I remember when they had a.. what was it, a weekly or monthly mod showcase where the devs showed their favorite mods. I just cannot understand the ideology behind the execs coming in to stamp that all out beyond 'it encourages hacking tool development'
