I wonder when they will finally reduce the base price of this ancient title. (Yes I know the PC version came long after the game. To me that does not count...)
I will wait until the regular price is down to say 20$ another sale gives 75% off. I might have to wait longer for this to happen then with other titles but I am patient.

I wouldn't buy it if you only intend to play online. If you enjoyed previous GTA's storylines or intend to play single player, it's probably worth it.

Online can really be hit or miss and there don't have to be cheaters for someone to grief and ruin your game, especially heists which require all four players to stay alive and stay in the server.

Well one is too many and this game doesn't have a real anti-cheat. All you can do is report someone and try to find a new session or play in private sessions and hope they get banned.

Hackers? Nah. People with modmenus? Yeah. Depending on what lobbies you join. You could play in invite only sessions and be totally fine.
