How often can you replay heists?

I am going to be farming the fleeca job. How long does it take to replay a heist after it has been recently played one?

After you done , you can play it again .

There's a 24 hours cooldown for every heist, after you've done, lets say, the Fleeca job, you have to wait 24 hours to host another Fleeca, however, during that time you can participate in many fleecas as you want if you're not the host.

I been farming heists every day , and there is no cooldown !

Replaying a Heist

Heists are available for replay after completing each full strand as Heist Leader. Players can do this by calling Lester and requesting a Heist. There is a short delay before you can replay the same Heist again as Leader. Heists are available for players to join as crew members without delay as long as there is a Leader with an active lobby to join. The Heist replay board becomes available at your high end apartment once you have completed all 5 Heist finales as Leader or crew member (but you must also have reached Rank 12 and visited Lester to access it).

it takes 45 minutes to an hour for me to do the heist and i hear it takes 45 minutes to replay the heist, so basically if you and a friend just swap as host then as many times as you want

i'll admit i may be wrong but it is around that long. maybe an hour but still, that cooldown time doesn't matter if 2 players switch host, maybe they are waiting a little but but they are doing it twice as much as if someone does it alone

Recent weeks I been grinding Flecca heist , I never had to wait to start again .
So there is no cooldown .
