Can't customize Sultan RS or Banshee 900R

Im having some trouble, when I play the game using the mods folder, I can spawn the sultan RS and Banshee 900r but i can't customize them. when i don't use the mods folder, I am able to customize them. can someone please tell me which file to replace or edit? thanks

i'd rather not remove them. I was able to customize those cars while having my mods enabled, at one point. But I'm thinking I've replaced a file with one that doesn't contain the contents of those two cars since they are fairly new. I just can't figure out which file it is.

You need to keep your mod folders and start playing online then you can mod your vehicle... it worked for me xD

it was working at one point tho in single player. I only play online on the ps4 just to keep things separate. im just stuck because i can't find which file is making the difference. could it be carols?

You probaply have to use the trainer or just a regular single player mod menu.
