Yellow Car behind garage door in Auto Shop

I believe I have the Auto Shop maxed out. I have 2 people to make deliveries, but I see a yellow car behind a closed garage door inside the Auto Shop. When looking at the Main Entrance to the shop, it is to your left, second stall. When looking at the staircase to go up stairs to the mission board it is on the ground floor to the right, first stall. Is that a third spot to customize customers cars? I am hoping it is a vehicle you can earn in some manner.

That's Sess' car. It's only available during the setup and the mini heists.

Also , when you doing other missions , you can see locked Insurgent .

I did buy it. It is not the best car but I am happy I bought it. I did find that mine will show up on the selections in the car list too.

I suspect that scene was meant to be cringy

I'm surprised that you didn't mention the cutscenes from the drug wars first and second doses. imo those cutscenes are way cringier.
