Selling the Dune FAV

I have two and would like to clear a garage spot.

I don't care if I sell it. I just want the garage spot, anyway I can get it back.

You can sell it in MOC/Avenger/Arena with weaponized vehicle workshop.

Overwriting it with another car is also an option, not the most popular, I guess, but still, if you don't really care for the money (as a free car on the ingame website you won't get any refund, except for upgrades spent on it), so simply driving another car in that garage and choosing to overwrite the Dune FAV may be the fastest way to get rid of it. If the car to overwrite the Dune FAV is the one you intend to buy instead, then hooray, you don't have to make that extra step to clear up the slot.

Can I store a Dune FAV in the bunker?

You can store it inside it if you have the garage space added to your MOC

Yep, the Bunker doesn't have a permanent garage, it has a temporary spot for one car, but the car will return to its original storage, when you quit, or change session and of course the garage upgrade in MOC. But the Dune FAV can be stored in any other garage space available, except the specials under the Special Cargo property (the one for Ruiner 2000, Aqua Blazer, Phantom Wedge and other special vehicles). You can store the buggy in your Facility, if you own it. Or under the Arcade, if you have the garage upgrade. There's lots of options.
