Low poly wtf?

the game suddenly has graphics worse than N64 lol, then I can't finish a supply mission and can't load into any building. if I let it continue, it'll eventually freeze and crash
even alt+f4 to disconnect froze and the game went "not responding"

That will not fix the problem,
its from people running malware to cheat causing graphic rendering error.
try resetting GPU to manufactures defaults or delete shader cache file build
(diskcleanup or gpu control panel),

if anything else your GPU thermals have gotten beyond its limit, we don't know how old your hardware is and if its due for a cleaning.

I have done that literally 25 times now because this stupid laptop keeps crashing with bugcheck 0x00000113

I hope you're not suggesting I'm doing the cheating... I've never done that with GTA & have literally zero care for it. I only play with 1 of my friends like twice a week.

As for the limited information - I'm not a tech genius, I don't know what information is necessary to give. If I was/did, I wouldn't be here asking would I? I've never seen this happen before & don't know what to call it to look up the problem. You can always ask for specific information you think would be helpful in figuring it out...
Yeah, I should've given the laptop. My bad. Someone else asked the specs.

The laptop is brand new as of February this year, Aorus 17 YE5 laptop with 3080Ti, as purchased in-store.
