stuck on installing prerequisites rockstar launcher

every time i boot up GTA5 it will ask me if social club and installer if you say yes it will try to install prerequisites and goes all the way then restarts and asks me to make changes again if i say no error code 1023 pops up

sounds like the classic security software is blocking the launcher from installing correctly
now learn how to configure your antivirus correctly, create an exception rule for the launcher and its directories and retry

i tried this and it didnt work

Similar Issue :Reinstalled GTA V last night so i could play and ran into this problem, did every fix possible and still hasn't worked. It will update the launcher very slowly and barely move, then all of the sudden i get (error code 237). What a complete joke.

yea i contacted rockstar support and they just ditched me its not antivirus or anything cuz i tried that rockstar doesnt give a ♥♥♥♥ about their games so i think were screwed
