Join a public GTA Online session and head to a building you own.
Alt-tab out of GTA Online and open ‘Task Manager‘.
Select the ‘Performance‘ tab.
At the bottom, click ‘Open Resource Monitor‘.
From there, find GTA5.exe.
Right-click, and select ‘Suspend Process‘.
After waiting a few seconds (10) , right-click once more and select ‘Resume Process‘.
Return to the game, and you’ll now have your own session!
This is a loading screen. The game is moving you from a job to a free roam session. This takes time to load assets and sync a connection. Game isn't just synching you to their server, but it's synching you with everyone in the lobby. So if there's a player in the lobby blocking this with either mods or networking rules/firewalls, the synch isn't going to happen and you'll be stuck at that loading screen for quite some time.
The end of the job will return you to the lobby type whence you came from.. So if you initiated the job from a public lobby, you will be returned to a public lobby after. If you were in an invite only, you'll be returned to an invite only lobby. So you can avoid the bulk of this issue by playing in invite only or closed friend sessions.
If you wish to play in public sessions, you can do the suspend process in memory trick SAY10 suggested.. and if you're playing in public sessions, this should be a trick you want to familiarize yourself with as you never know when you'll need to use it..
