WINDOWS 11 VS WINDOWS 10 GAMING GTA V

hi comunity, i m Loredana and i want to ask you guys something.
I want to upgrade to windows 11 because is new version and i think windows 11 he can give you more performance than windows 10.with no more difference but he can give you.Is true or not?
my sistem specifiaction is: Intel Core i5(Gen 7th) 7500, 3,40ghz to max turbo 4ghz.
windows 10 Pro x64bit
SSD SAMSUNG EVO 500GB
MEMORY RAM:8GB DDR4 - 2400 MHZ.
Graphics card: Integrated Intel hd graphics 630.
My windows 10 say my sistem is not compatible with windows 11 beacause of procesor.So yes...is 5 years old i know.I know i can install windows 11 like Tiny 11 OR somethink like that...or Like... Windows 11 lite..nexus lite,ghost spectre etc etcc...Anyway..Wich one you think guys is the best version for best performance.I know my sistem have integrated graphics but i can run gta 5 with low setttings with 50 fps.45 sometimes.but i can play and is working ok for me.Is integrated of course, is normal.But wich version is the best for performance guys? also i have HDD with 7200 RPM but i chose SSD SAMSUNG EVO because i think ssd give me more performance.HDD is not installed now. so?? wich windows is better for me ? Windows 11 does not provide better performance unless you have a newer 12th gen Intel or higher.

Often times you will have better performance or the same on Windows 10, rarely does 11 provide a better framerate on 1% lows or averages.

Relax, there is no different in performance. Just different UI. Win 11 is reskin of Win 10.

in short : no, u wont notice the different.

my advice :
set your power options to high performance.
adjust your visual effects to best performance.
disable search indexing.
disable all apps which running in the background and in msconfig.
get a gpu.

imo : windows 10 is so annoying because it keeps asking u to update to windows 11 unless u block it in firewall settings.
Rufus can bypass windows 11 tpm,
but there is no reason to install windows 11 if your cpu doesnt meet the requirement.
too many features to disable and too many default apps to uninstall.
It looks like macOS which makes less masculine.

Alternatively you can try debloating windows 10, might help you free a bit of resources.
