Rockstar launcher not signing me in and their website not working

Change your DNS on your PC.

Well I tried this method too I am able to sign in on the website but launcher is still not working Dns is also changed but still the issue is not resolved I had a chat with the support but the problem is still not fixed

Ok so you can connect to their website, so we know it might be a launcher issue.
uninstall social club from your PC.

In the hidden appdata file for rockstar which is here:
C:\Users\#yourusername#\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games

Can't find the appdat folder?

pretty easy, now delete this folder

Also for good measures to cover multiple bases, delete your in game settings also which will restore when you launch the game, the file is here called settings.xml:
C:\Users\#yourusername#\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\settings.xml

Once you deleted these, reinstall the launcher and launch the game. if this does not work for some reason, there are many other things on your end that could cause this, to just report back for further steps if so and more information as to exactly what your issues is since you provided no details. So the more details the better

My issue is still not fixed.

can you still connect to their website?
did you delete the appdata folder?
Settings?
what error are you getting?
