unable to find pattern #21

Do anyone now how to fix this problem ?
I just did a re install, an now it won´t work.
It keep come up whit this massege " unable to find pattern #21"

Verified game files? Ever modded storymode? Removed all mods?
Reinstall doesn't clean mods unless deleted entire folder.

Can go to gtav in steam, rightclick properties, local files, browse local files.
Show file extensions. Delete all .exe, .dll, .asi. Delete 'mods', 'scripts', 'plugins'.
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, verify integrity and try again.

Error is very, very common with modded copies, leftover mods, old versions of them.
