REMOVE OP MODDERS

pc GTA 5 online is SO trash to play when there are these OP modders that can literally BREAK the game to the point you have to restart the whole fkn game. that is hella annoying esp. if you are in the middle of a mission or event
yes rockstar acknowledged that public servers may have modders who could ruin sell missions n whatnot, so they introduced sell missions for invite only sessions. but a lot of people play GTA5 online specifically for playing with people online.. i am one of those people. its just a different vibe playing online with people. it can be fun but it can be hell, too.
SO, i hopped on a session and was in my kostaka customizing my load out and found myself removed from my kostaka, invited to someones apartment along with the rest of the server, then kicked out. annoying, but normal in GTA5 online. joined a new session, there was the criminal damage challenge about to start which i enjoy participating in. about a minute into the challenge, i bump up to first place, chasing down the firetrucks (they give at least $900k in damage) and all of a sudden im not in control of my character anymore. i try to use my gun and nope. i try to pull up the ESC menu but nope. screen is shaking, my character is glitching and stuck inside a net, an ALERT pops up "transaction cannot be processed", pressing enter makes it disappear for a second then returns, so bringing up any menu was impossible. actually doing ANYTHING in-game was IMPOSSIBLE. only could close the game with steam.
TWO sessions i entered when playing and BOTH i had to either find a new session or close the game entirely. which does NOT motivate me to play it again when this is a REGULAR thing with GTA5 servers.
there are modders who are nice enough to use their mods against OP modders but ♥♥♥. ROCKSTAR FIX OP MODDERS. THEY ARE BREAKING YOUR GAME. DO YOU CARE AB THAT?? it is so annoying man and doesnt motivate me to hop back on when the same sh*t is gonna happen.

Yeah I generally avoid public sessions for this reason. Besides the annoyance of getting killed by or having sessions ruined by them, more malicious ones can drain money from your account or add money to your account that will get flagged for either a reset or ban.

It been 10 years since this game release, I doubt they are going to do anything also 10 years ago when this hacker thing started people were begging rockstar games to input an anti cheat system in there games, all rockstar did is turn the other cheek and let hackers run there pc game into the ground, Just like GTA 4 and Red Dead Online.

I agree it sucks, and also wanting to play with other people. This might sound silly, but I joined the crew ign and I just join crew sessions now and most people are pretty chill. For sell missions I do invite only with friends. simple.

This game is in a horrible state. Completely broken, I got into it a little bit, I hadn't played in a few days and I regretted it. In every session it's full of cheaters I couldn't even do the market disputes, they blew me up, they transported all the players to the airport and they blew everyone up, sirens and loud noises in the session, they crashed my game, anyway. This is the state of gta online right now. I don't know why Rockstar insists on a game from 10 years ago, in other times it was at the forefront of games, there were releases more often. We urgently need gta 6. Or else it's better to look for other games, Gta online is over.

omg yeah its so silly. had all my weapons taken from me in a session mid mission and never got back the hellbringer or widowmaker bc i have to pay full price for them again smh

yeea that is probably the best way to actually play the game nowadays, i hardly play anymore because of the lack of pc gta 5 friends lol

sad that a lot of people feel this way about the game and R* still hasnt taken full action to remove them. R* is one of my favourite game developers and honestly, dissapointed and hoping to GOD GTA6 isnt as bad as GTA5 online is.

Dealing with this right now. I haven't played in two months and have been trying to play this morning, Three sessions in a row modders f*cked the server within two minutes of me being online then the game just closes. I still haven't actually managed to play yet today. Rockstar doesn't give a crap about the players and even seems to favor the modders.

REPORT THEM via game menu, also record with some program in your PC, and send to the rockstar. They will stop eventually.
