Should I be worried if he hacked into my pc?

No, he didn't hack your computer, just the game that was playing at that time.
Play invite only when online, less chance of hackers/modders.

As for viruses, who knows, use software to clean that off (Antivirus) run a scan.

Okay that brings me somewhat relief.. Does the windows antivirus scan also work? I'm doing a complete and full scan right now.

Windows antivirus is actually pretty reliable these days and it allows you to specify different types of scans including an offline scan. I use it but keep in mind you should also have a malware protection, especially if your on the internet a lot. I use Malwarebytes and Gridinsoft.

Getting virus from Online Gaming is very rare. It can happen. But they simply use mod menu to crash your game.

Just play in invite and friend only sessions. Avoid Public sessions.

Nah he probably just spawned a jumbo jet in the middle of the city or 1000 explosions at once. But if you want to avoid this... invite only session

Wear 2 masks, it will protect your PC from viruses.
Rubber gloves are a bit excessive, but hey, can't hurt..

cheaters online can't send your PC viruses or malware.
corn sites can though..
