Franklin's vehicles appearance in GTA Online

Since the Contracts update, we can see more of Franklin's vehicles at his new house, and in the Agency garage. The older ones like Western Bagger and the newer ones such as Bravado Buffalo STX and Pegassi Ignus. However, it's getting weird to me that Franklin's Ignus always appears at his house, while his Buffalo STX and Bagger are in the Agency garage. And not even mention the disappearance of his Buffalo S for the online mode. I think Rockstar should make some switches between these cars: sometimes Franklin parks his Ignus inside the Agency, and sometimes he parks either Bagger, Buffalo S, or Buffalo STX at his house alongside Tanisha's Pfister Astron.
