If Rockstar already discontinued the iFriut app, why don't they remove the feature about training Chop in the Story Mode yet?

Yeah... Such as the help box that mentions the iFruit app and Chop's happiness bar in Story Mode. Why don't they remove all those out of Story Mode yet?
