scam the whole community with Vinewood car club, I like the idea just wrong marketing strategy, people don't like paying for content that they might never get.
Well since nothing like HSW/E&E content has been made accessible to purchase for PC and GTA+ is more of an unfair disappointment stuck on consoles and they did not give PC players access too purchase anything, or on Rockstar's store for PC.
I find it more reasonable if the developer released upgrade's too DLC added to the game and a reasonable way too mitigate old limited time content into a rotation and new content that was released or to be released, so people could purchase tier pack upgrades to the past and present dlc content quarterly of the seasons in the year or when ever they update the game, and from the Rockstar store page in which there is no option that does exist to buy DLC, its like we're all getting ghosted.
I think it feels like every PC player and console players are just getting
the profanity finger solute
from the developer with that marketing strategy, it just makes all the other good employee;s look bad who create content, with knowing over 99% of the players will never get to unlock rare old content, or a fraction of the game's content.
The marketing team is pretty much ruining, the whole point of what a game was created for, its like disrespecting all their digital artist with that type marketing strategy, if the customers can't buy dlc content, just another void of empty promises or deception while under-minding the capabilities of their staff along with potential.
YouTubers, such as TGG have covered this in the past day or so.
And to add insult to injury, the promised increase of the prop limit to 300 for PC has been removed from the Newswire.
The drip feed makes it so you only need a few million each Thursday to get the new content, and by the end of Sunday, what was added in has already been completed and explored. Then there's the double edged sword of making this content available to as many players as possible. By this I'm referring to older DLC releases with new things to do would typically involve a purchase or completion of some prerequisites to participate. Making players work their way to being able to participate in that content.
For Casino heist, we have to purchase arcade first. For Cayo heist, we have to purchase sub first. We had to purchase the Autoshop and Agency before we could do anything with those.. but the ULP missions introduced new content at all levels of the game, so any players can participate without prereq's. First Dose missions just need to be started from Ron's "R" in Sandy Shore.. and don't get me started on the Criminal Enterprises DLC, where they didn't even really give us anything new, just expanded and added to existing content..
So if R* continues the way they're going, I would expect to see this new DLC drip fed, and the fact they're making it so you don't need a hangar or facility to own an Avenger suggests to me they are making an effort to make this new content as available to new players as possible.. IE: requiring the cost of an avenger by itself to get started rather than cost of hangar + facility + avenger to get started..
TL;DR: They make the new content available for all players and space out release of the content so that players are able to complete the content with a desire to continue on with what comes next instead of overwhelmed with too much to do at once.. I guess R* figures kids these days don't multitask well, IDK..
They could add a hundred more car clubs, nothing in this game will ever be exclusive as there are people spawning in that content free from a cheat menu. Another "update" to be forgotten in 2 days.
