Can GTA V run on a intel iris graphics XE?

So, basically I wanted to see if GTA V runs on my pc
my specs are:
11th gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7
8GB RAM
Intel(R) Iris(R) Graphics XE

IT does run, but it stutters alot and I've tried looking for solutions but It seems that the only option is to me UPGRADE my laptop, but I'm broke.
Can you guys tell what can I do?
