STFU: My unpopular opinion on removed cars
Quit crying about the cars that were removed.. y'all had over a decade to try and acquire them collectively..

"But I didn't start playing till.." well, that's how the world works.. there were things here before we came, there will be things after we're gone.. there will be things that get eliminated and other things that are invented all within our life span. The world was turning yesterday, it's turning today, and it'll still be turning tomorrow (sorry for the spoiler flat earthers).

They didn't remove popular vehicles. They removed the ones players, like all those crying about the removal of these cars, weren't really buying up in the first place. Players have no one to blame but themselves for not purchasing the cars when they were available and desired. This might have even boosted their popularity and saved them from the cutting board.

I think a bigger reality of this is that many players had little to no desire to purchase/own these cars in general.. but now that the cars are no longer available, they're ALL "must haves". The only ones I see have any validity to cry are those just starting the game, but to those, I question why you're even getting started with this infected PoS to begin with.. I'm hooked like an addict so I've learned to adapt and avoid modders the best as possible.. but I'd have to have my head examined to start playing at any point later than 2021.. so y'all had at least a year to collect some of these cars..

Players crying about the inability to acquire these cars even though they were never interested in them in the first place is like crying about not being invited to a party that they know they can't attend because they already have other plans for that time frame.

Nope. 46% of the existing stock of vehicles was removed, and that includes most of the bikes too! Most of the Legendaries are gone too.

As @{O|G}ErikTheRed confirmed: "Okay I did some counting and math, hmhm.... With 6 vehicles removed from Warstock which I won't include in my figures, that leaves 180 removed the main two websites for regular vehicles. I counted up how many are available, currently 104 on Legendary and 113 on Southern San Andreas. So 217 alltogether available for purchase. 7 of those are new. Total stock before was 210+180 = 390, so there for 180/390 removed means they got rid of 46% of the existing stock as of yesterday with limited or no means currently to reacquire them. This isn't just a handful of unused cars, it was nearly half of their game options."
Indeed.

In other words, vehicles that were actually being used by players were included, but deemed unnecessary, due to Rockstar deciding that they weren't selling as well as their 'popular' vehicles.

I mean in the end, those of us who are out of luck will have to rely on RNG.... There is no option, because as is said many times, Rockstar doesn't care. Well at least GTA+ isn't here, otherwise, I suspect that it would be even worse.

I personally don't mind the removal of some cars, especially the ugly ones or ones you can find on the roads. back on xbox 360, half the cars in game you could only find on the map or in missions and this made it super fun and rewarding to get these rare cars. but most of the cars they removed can't be found because they don't spawn. and if they do spawn in a missions, I don't think you can save them like we used too.

and someone mentioned these deleted cars are gonna be in GTA+ which is total **** if true.

It is already happening my dude! The new dealership that is next-gen consoles only has the Stirling GT for purchase with a GTA+ membership.

The Stirling GT was removed, a car that got entirely new upgrades in the last update or two.
The Clique was removed, they added the clique wagon and I thought "you know, ill buy the other one too and put them in a garage together" but now I cant.
The RE7B and S80RR were removed, two of the 3 "group C" inspired cars, one of which was added last update and those who bought the newest one may want the older 2 as well.

This change was made to encourage buying the new GTA+ subscription to allow you to access the new dealership or engage with people in the LS car meet to buy these cars. Neither of which are available on PC. If they wont give us the E&E content, why should we have content removed and become inaccessible?

They didnt remove "unpopular" vehicles, plenty of unpopular cars or otherwise obtainable cars are still present. why not remove all cars that you can get from the street? why keep the rampant rocket, the stryder, etc? They removed some of the most iconic, loved, and used vehicles like the massacro and jester (and racecar versions), a bunch of original cars like the entity XF (the fastest version of the entity btw) and feltzer.

They removed the 9F. the car on the front cover of the game.

its a pointless change that worsens the game experience fuelled by greed as they gauge how far they can push microtransactions and subscriptions as they design GTA 6 to be a dedicated money-cow from the ground up. I dont think anyone would mind the new dealership on console for GTA+ if it just had some cars on sale and some cool vehicle request features, but then they immediately put the stirling GT, RE7B, and massacro in it showing that "this is the only place to get removed cars, now give us money"

Turns out I owned 5 cards from the list... so yeah, I guess people (meaning me) do want these.

While greed is not bad in itself, defending Rockstar for this change is shortsighted.

Clearly a consum-victim, who can't think through, nor can't think till the end.

And btw the word CRYING would involve tears.
You clearly should go to school again and learn the definition of words.

Yea, no. After all the money they made thei may have think of something else rather than acting like cheap scam indie studio.

You look like you won't mind to pay monthly subscription for heating seats in your car.

Its not like people can spawn them anyway with a crappy menu
Madanbek Jun 16, 2023 @ 5:22am
Also! I HAVE to mention that SOME of these removed cars can spawn in your Auto Shop as a client's vehicle you have to upgrade and deliver! Yeah! You can also buy them easily (copy) if you have money for them. Yeah! I remember I was tuning and delivering Vapid Riata, and also I bought that one Karin Futo inside my AutoShop with painted wheels by the way! So it's definitely not the end of the world, and thanks God it's not the end of the world.

i uninstalled the game and moved on greedy rockstar
I am not going to defend Rockstar for price gouging here's the link to the law their knowly violating instead of fixing the game and taken advantage of the customers who paid for past content and never received it and then by doing the whole console exclusive, oh just to let you know deleting evidence linked to real crimes is called obstruction of justice.

The fine increases based on each sale count, so if there's enough complaints and evidence in-which is relevant to the current state of gta online on PC and the public known information of many problems can also prove fraud on many counts so don't defend anyone after being repeatably lied too.
