How to get Cayo perico heist Hard mode?

So I do it solo and want to do hard mode., but cooldown is way to long.
Do I have 48 minutes after the 3 hour cooldown at exact time or if I log out I got 48 if Ive been off the game for longer?

If you finish heist solo, cooldown is 144min. With other players it's 48 min. There is no 3 hours. And after cooldown ends, there is 48 minute window to pay for new heist for hard mode. All timers tick even when you're offline.

when you go solo, you have a 3 in-game day cool down before Pavel will let you know the island is ready for scoping again.. when you go with at least one more person, you only have to wait 10 minutes after completing the heist before Pavel hits you up..

As in stated, timers tick when you're offline too.. so if you finish a cayo heist solo and log off, you'd better be back in 2½ hrs.. cause if you're back at 3hrs, you've got a very narrow window to lock into Hard Mode.. This window is still 48 minutes (1 game day) from the time that Pavel sends you a text.. providing Pavel sends you a text as soon as the next heist is available to setup.. if you're getting Pavel's text cause you just logged in several hours/days later, then you're getting normal mode..

How to get Pavel's hard mode when soloing? Find something to keep busy for a couple hours, then start watching out for that invite in another 20 minutes or so..

Are the cooldowns bugged? I've been waiting online all day for it to reset to do it again. Pavel still won't give it to me.

UPDATE: I found that calling Pavel doesn't work. I had to go to the sub and click on the table and pay the 100k. ooops! Duh! Anyway, it works. Starting a new one. Thanks for your replys.

If you finish the game solo, you need 3 in game days which is 2.5 hours. If you play with someone, it's 48 minutes. Just be sure to do something for that long period of time.

notification from Pavel can easily missed, best thing to do is write down the time you finish the heist and go back to the Kosatka after the cooldown time

apartment heist > can select hard mode with simple toggle
doomsday > can select hard mode with simple toggle
casino > can alternate 2 approaches for hard mode on each
cayo > need to wait a timer and another time to select it?
