LS Car Meet Removed Cars Obtaining

Hello. Can anybody please tell me if it's possible to acquire one of the cars that were removed after the Mercenaries DLC release through another player who already owns the car through the LS Car Meet? For example, the specific car that I want to get is the Proger GP1. My question is, is it possible that I buy an exact copy of it from a player who has it through the LS Car Meet? I'm on PC. Thanks in advance!

It'll eventually show up at the autoshop, if you own the business. You can buy the car then, if you have enough in-game currency.
