Character skin looks bad

Online female character skin looks wrinkly(old) tried adjusting it in character creator, checked skin aging, heritage, still looks like crap. Never seen such bug/glitch or whatever it is before, last time I played the game months ago (maybe more than a year). any workarounds for this problem?

I wrote this topic because haven't noticed the issue before, returned many months after I last played online, I must have remembered if the character texture quality was that screwed up, the neck area looks clean, the rest is not good. Either way, screw this. May be a driver issue, maybe it's the game itself.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it's one of those things that don't bother you till you notice it, then it drives you insane. Like a smudge on your pc display, it should be clean. It's seems to be a bug as every other female in game is walking around with smooth skin. If I had to describe it, I'd say low grit sandpaper. Like a burn victim or some kind of skin disease.. it also seems to be an old bug seeing as some posts concerning this date back like 8 years. While it doesn't directly effect gameplay, it does effect gameplay. If I wanted to just cover up and avoid the entire clothes market, I would of played a male.

Looked around for a fix, what I have tried hasn't worked. Will update if I do find a fix.

Workaroung is, lower textures to medium and do not use any upscale methods, play on native screen resolution. I'm playing on a ps3 graphics and skin looks good
