Cant go upstairs in My Agency

i enter my agency absolutley fine but then when i try go up the stairs to my office its like theres a invisible wall stopping me from going upstairs but theres a franklin mission at the record studios which needs 2 players but nobody seems to join me could this be the reason?

close your game, reopen it into Story Mode. From story mode, start an invite only or a closed friend session. If you still can't access you agency's upstairs, your save might be bugged.. unless there's something I'm forgetting about and needed before you can go up the stairs, like talking to the assistant maybe?

The lift only takes a player to ground level, roof top, garage/agency (depending on which one the player is in, the other is offered), and exit by vehicle which gives you the option to exit by helicopter..
