So this happened 3 times already, im doing cayo perico with some randoms everything goes well and then randomly mission failed your ceo quit, but im the boss,ceo this is my heist wtf??

a cheater is doing it. I mean you are playing with randoms

I'm more likely to suspect it's a connection issue.. before you start the mission, load into Single Player/Story mode.. then start an invite only session and launch the job from there. Even though you're in a mission, you're still in the lobby you started the job from while you're in the mission. If you're in a public lobby, you could be affected (directly or indirectly, there's no telling) by a modder and their bag of tricks..
