I feel like such a peasant when I played the game on a crappy i7 4790K with only 4c/8t in 2015
How did u fix the issue?? even at 144fps
1) Just open NVIDIA Control Panel
2) Click on "Manage 3D settings"
3) Set "Max Frame Rate" to 120
4) Start game
5) ENJOY
EDIT: even 140 fps works for me
