cant find it in legend motosport, is it no longer buyable?

Nope, not the normal way at least.

You'll have hope that it spawns in one of the showrooms or on a wheelspin or podium. Which will be completely up to Rockstar, since they are the ones who dictate what cars will spawn each week.....

XA21 is not in the customer cars pool.

If it was among those possible customer cars and you actually got one at auto shop, you could buy one for yourself. But then again, it's not.

you can push space button and purchase any car that spawns in your auto shop. and then spec it and deliver to the customer as usual.

It was probably the Neo. The XA-21 does not spawn at the autoshop.

186 vehicles were removed from the store app, which is fine. What isn't fine is that there is now no way to access these vehicles anymore, when we want to get them. Meaning, that you now have to wait for them to spawn in showrooms, podiums, the LS Car meet, or wheelspins. They spawn once a week for an entire week.

Good luck is about all that I can say. Even worse, is that the XA-21 has already spawned at the LS Car meet two weeks ago, so there no telling when it will reappear.

I think it was before a DLC update.. wasn't mercencaries.. maybe drug wars? I just remember that I had the XA21 and an entity xxr fixed and painted, but not delivered.. and I kept them that way intentionally to add to the aesthetics of the garage.. However, that Tuesday whatever DLC it was dropped, I logged in to find these cars missing.. so maybe they changed the list?

I have my doubts about it ever showing in the autoshop, and am pretty sure that it was the vehicle cargo. I've had my character working at the autoshop for nearly as long as the autoshop DLC has been out, and I've never once seen a XA-21 show up.
