I did, all cameras, all around. Still im only able to choose drainage tunnel.

You have to find the correct gear (grappling hooks) during the "gather intel" -> they are RNG, but have "fixed" possible locations - most of them suck because it wastes a lot of our time to get to them. Tbh I did a few solo runs on it and I think it's crap. Body detection and a lack of any mechanics to hide bodies can make it nightmarish depending on the RNG you get for secondary loot, given 90% of the time we get that crap tequila bottle, that means going for "target only" sucks arse, and wasting time going around the island to grab cash stashes is almost worthless given it's "payout" - this means that getting Elite can be next to impossible or will require absurd amounts of time to pull off because you gonna have to empty ALL non-broken secondaries. Broken secondaries = those with short distance patrolling guards close to the path used by driving patrols Line of Sight (LOS) -> So, if you want to empty these broken stashes you gonna need to kill 3 to 5 guards to prevent dead body detection, one of them being the driving guy who could be on the other side of the island when you hit the stash...

This means a theoretical 1min run to the stash becomes a slog of up to 10min just to remain undetected

Than we have the issue of x-ray vision glitched patrols who can spot you behind walls, through floors, and the same for dead bodies - if you lag even a bit and miss a headshot, you're also being insta detected -> being underwater depending on patrol boats = instant detected BS. Killed lonely guard in china? pray the patrol cars don't do global trips, otherwise = detected.

Fact is that the only way to get elite fast while cashing out the most in a solo run is completely dependent on RNG, and the RNG's crap most of the time.

Summing it up: Cayo is the only solo heist we have, and R* thinks their game's splinter cell, only problem being they do not have a stealth system in place, it's worse than amateur indie games that implement stealth - than we have bugs and glitches which can destroy a run entirely. From what I read they nerfed this heist a billion times over and never fix glitches fast enough to be satisfactory, gives me the impression that all they are trying to do is ruin the best money making methods to force ppl into their overpriced disgusting MTX - the same thing happens in RDR2. For a game meant to be about making $ - even if we bend to their disgustingly greedy ways, the core drive of the game becomes useless, making playing it completely pointless... In RDR2 it's worse due to the "gold bars" mechanic, but GTA has been worse in my experience overall (I only recently got it, and it has been feeling like a bad choice so far)

The thing that makes all of this "important" is because the game's riddled with cheaters, so the only way to do a lot of things depending on time of the day or how spread the cheaters are within the public servers' to go private and target solo content only. That's like 90% of the time I've played... Last time I tried a "sell" mission in a public server the cheater enabled some bizarre thing where I couldn't drive the VAN, it kept "auto-hitting the brakes" every few seconds... Was forced to go private mode and lost some of the products... And that's when we aren't hit with netcode bugs and insurmountable lag.

Sent a picture of grappling hook to pavel he says something like "that will be good to use on the wall we saw earlier" went to start a heist, still only thing i can choose is drainage tunnel. I just want to do heist in different way for once..

it is no rocket science, do the prep for the explosive to go loud through the maindoor, find the grapling hook to go over the wall or simply kill guards inside the wall, which divides the garden and landing area of the hydra from the rest of the island, until you get the keycard for backdoor of the mansion

during the scouting you have to take pictures of the various entry points with the phone and send them to pavel.

I know i take drainage tunnel any time if i want to do it fast, but its not about that, just want to experience heist in different way than always doing tunnel. I want some challenge i guess.
