I have two Rockstar games purchased thru steam, GTA5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 , I can not log into neither of them, when launching thru STEAM Rock star games launcher pops up asking for login info I use the same info I have been using for years and the same Email I tried password reset to my email never received for the Reset process, so I created a new Rockstar account , which says I own none of the games I own and lists none of the progress, now when trying to launch thru Steam it says "This Steam account is already linked to a different Social club account. Please login with that social club account instead. "
Please tell me how to link this new account and block/disable the old account or regain access, I believe someone was able to change the affiliated email?

You cannot link a new account (without more hoops, and repurchase). You need to recover the old account. You can contact R*, prove who you are - and they can help change the email on your original account to another one you have access to. More info in the link (#2 for live chat - which is what I'd do)-
