Short answer - no.

If you simply 'want to use' the same social club account - by all means - buy the game again on pc, link to the correct social club account and start at 0 on pc.

Honestly it makes me so mad, because I really wish I could move my old character over to PC and keep playing, cause they would have me 100% back if I could, but I guess something something compatibility, and by now they are surely punching all focus into GTA VI, so I can only hope for some kind of new transfer xD But even then I doubt that would be possible or really logical.

You would be sorry if you could transfer to pc because it's unplayable online

Going from Console to PC? Why?? Are you wanting to try out mod menus? Are you looking to be victimized by players more than you already are? Are you looking to play isolated in private lobbies instead of public sessions with random people to make new friends with? or are you just THAT tired of GTA+ that you're willing to put up with all of the other BS that comes with the PC platform?

Must be rough not getting kicked from game or worse all while having extra content and features unavailable to PC..
