dude installed a remote bomb.. can only have one vehicle with a remote bomb at a time.. so you steal a car off the street, add a remote bomb, and the bomb has been removed from your vehicle.. I mean, if it's a basic dominator, penumbra, or futo, I guess blow it up, it'd be cheaper than the 7.5k to equip a bomb.. but if it's a more expensive vehicle, like a deluxo, toreador or weaponized tampa, putting a bomb on another car seems like the better way to go..

IDK how much the Swinger costs to reclaim from Mors..

That's news to me, but then I've never added one of those to my rides (I paid attention to the notification about no more vehicle mods being allowed). Good to know though. Also, first time I'd seen anyone ask here.

It's just an educated conclusion based on the information provided. I too read the description and have always avoided the explosives section. But it would make sense if you have a remote bomb on one vehicle, and you're only allowed it on one vehicle, when you buy a bomb for a new vehicle it should remove the one that was on the first vehicle. Ofc, you may need to install a tracker to make it a personal vehicle first? idk..
