bundles purchased on steam

I purchased a bundle that came with gtaV online, the starter pack, and a megalodon shark cash card. I cant figure out how to redeem the starter pack and megalodon card in game. Anyone have suggestions to fix my problem?

The Starter Pack has stuff you'll need to "buy" in GTA Online, but they'll be priced as free and from what I've heard are marked with a gold emblem of some kind to set them apart from the other stuff offered in stores and the in-game shopping websites. However, some things will have a rank (level) requirement, so you might not be able to obtain everything immediately, but then the requirements should be rather low, like rank 5-20 (ballpark guess and that's not tough to reach).

As for the Shark Card, that money should get added to your in-game money automatically, but can take up to something like 72 hours to appear. Please do spend that money wisely, ideally on stuff that will either help you earn money or earn money easier. Rockstar loves it if a new player blows their starting funds and feels the need to get another Shark Card to continue playing. Don't fall for that trap!
