how to reset a gta 5 online account but start with premium things again

i accidentaly sold my apartament and dont have enough money for another one, how do i reset my account and get 1m like i did when i started from premium?

You can't I'm afraid. It's a "First Time Only" thing.
How can you even sell an apartment? I thought it's impossible, you can only exchange it for another one with a full price of the new one, but at the same time getting half the original's price back, I think.
With some fully set up businesses money shouldn't be a problem. Or get a friend and do some Cayo Perico. There is no option for a total reset with every FTO stuff, that came with your edition of the game.

Either buy the Kosatka submarine to host the heist, or join some friends, that already have it. As I mentioned, "get a friend to do some Cayo Perico". You can do it solo, but you need the submarine. If you join someone, you don't need to buy it, just do their heist and profit.
