Ammo glitch in Story Mode?

I've been seeing my save being 'corrupted' 2 times in a row after the Merryweather Heist Mission when Michael suddenly received 9999 ammo for all weapon he had. It kinda bothers me when the same thing happened again.
Also, is it by default that the Jewel Store Heist gives Michael 2000 assault rifle rounds, only to the taken back after Dead Man Alive? Kinda confusing with all my glitches since I ain't using any mod.
