How to obtain Molotovs?

I don't understand why Rockstar decided to make molotov cocktails so taboo in GTA Online but apparently the gun van no longer sells them for whatever reason. Is there any other reliable way to get them without having to start missions like "Torched"? I find it ridiculous how such an iconic weapon is somewhat obscure to stock up on.

Call ammo drop. Also you can find it in various properties like bunker, kosatka etc (some require unlocking, like bunker shooting range challenges).

don't need to worry about where to get them if you don't use them.. starting off in GTA, I was unable to acquire more molotovs.. seemed like the only way I could get them was if Rockstar gifted them to all players on occasion.. so I learned to not use them..

Even after owning a kosatka and knowing where to find them on the sub, I still prefer the old fashioned hand grenade and/or sticky bomb.. If I want to set stuff on fire, I'll use my Pistol Mk2 with Incendiary Rounds..
