fivem that violate the eula would cause a social club ban (meaning no sp either)
So, there's never been a massive 5M or RP server "unfair BAN" where R* scanned account(s) and it mistakenly banned them for "online cheating"?
My question then is...
If R* were to scan and BAN "could it" affect those players?
I get the point that R* would correct such a BAN due to the amount of players that enjoy that style of gameplay, but that's not the point.
Let us just say that R* gets a hair up their backside and decides scan all accounts... Would it effect any of the aforementioned players?
Scan how? Scan the file structure of the game. You know, the one you should "verify the integrity of" when rolling mods back? The way they can identify "cheaters".
To clarify on this, only sevrers on fivem that use things like copyright material, NFT's and the such are at risk of legal action. Otherwise, rockstar supports RP servers and more info can be found here https://support.rockstargames.com/articles/11374598771091/Roleplay-RP-Servers

all you need to know is if eula = violated = ban.
It's irrelevant how old that statement is.
It is the currently appliacable one, regardless if Rockstar follow through on it.
Seems pretty contradictory if they say they hope the servers thrive yet also say they can get you banned. I believe that old statement refers to something else, such as piracy (ability to play multiplayer on a hosted server without paying)
