So... I landed on the car this week during my daily Lucky Wheel Spin at the Diamond Casino. I was so excited that I won I didn't choose what garage to put the car in before the very short time limit was over. I panicked... looking for the car in all my garages, calling insurance and mechanic, No car found. ♥♥♥♥ me.

I decided to put in a Loss Claim with Rockstar support and this is what they said...

We understand your concern regarding the podium vehicle Obey Omnis e-GT, which you won from the Lucky Wheel spin.

We would like to inform you that once you win the vehicle you need to select the garage when prompted. If you fail to select the garage within a particular time the transaction will not be completed (as the PODIUM VEHICLE will not be added to your account successfully).

We do understand how you might feel frustrated about this, and hope that you are able to overcome your disappointment and give the Casino Wheel another chance soon! Remember to have a garage picked beforehand and to choose the slot as soon as you are prompted, to avoid experiencing this situation again in the future.

if you have mastered stoicism, you may notice that your family members and friends start hating you for acting like a robot, that is life

enjoy big corps which have such fancy support worker who simply don't give a ♥♥♥♥.
you could try again and another worker may help with the issue in a different way, keep playing until you earned the car on yourself or quit the game

maybe it helps to know that the life of these persons is in most cases also pretty miserable.

It's pretty ♥♥♥♥ that rockstar acknowledged the bug and were just like "yep, nothing we can do" instead of ever applying a fix that auto selects a garage.

It was no bug, but the fix for another bug
Once there was a time as people got stuck after winning at the casino wheel

The golden minigun is probably still bugged while you still can't choose the warehouse to store these mystery prizes, just one of the many issues, huge world with many construction sites

They should add a timer to show that time is running out if you wait too long

Yeah, but the thing is you can still get stuck and that timer is way too short.

They should have a working system. Instead, there is the possibility you can lose your prize.
The simplest fix would be to spawn your car in the casino garage if you don't choose to store it anywhere. If your garages are all full it should tell you this before spinning the wheel and you may lose the car if you win it since there would be no way to store it.

The simplest fix would be to spawn your car in the casino garage if you don't choose to store it anywhere. If your garages are all full it should tell you this before spinning the wheel and you may lose the car if you win it since there would be no way to store it.

now repeat your solution on their feedback website and it may find it way into the game sooner or later

In best case scenario with the proper code to shorten the procedure or you need to wait until the issue was send to an engineer who is tranlating it into their fancy machine language,
while these task also depend on reports.

The more reports the quicker the response while it is also the question if they have a solution, you gave us now one, which needs to be checked if it is possible this way without creating new problems, like all the duping glitches or other unintended complications

it is this classic game development scenario, half working dlc's, lots of crunch time, people may quit because of the whole stress etc and the next dlc is already around the corner because fans always demand new stuff. casino dlc was full with bugs

Ask one of the soloplayers they might run you through a cayo they still have some panthers left and you could buy the car
