Best RP Severs for Beginners

So want to get into GTA RP but don’t know where to go, was gonna go to Eclipse but from what people have said in the forums and on the Steam discussions the server isn’t good and the admin is terrible and basically you can’t have fun cause you “expect to die” every second which isn’t fun.

Tried Mafia City bits it’s dead until they do their server wipe. So can anyone recommend some fun RP servers for beginners?

Hack what? Cars, CCTV networks, Other Players Phones?..... Because yes, we are going to be awesome like that (That resource is already implemented.) Come on now, how you gonna do a cyberpunk server and NOT have hackers?! ;)

Cause did a GTA RP but they wanted me to read like 10 pages of rules and memorize them then ask me to fill out an application.
