Not getting credit for this? There's no fog of war left anywhere on my map that I can see. I've double checked the coastline. wtf

try again load an older savefile keep flying until it pop
or use one of the many shady option to unlock like 100% save or cheat

You have to fly over all the little islands as well

I have. When googled this is one of this first things that comes up as the islands near the lighthouse seem to be the main culprit.

Not sure? A solution without having to cheat would be great. Don't like doing that.

Double check the map as well. Like I was missing a pixel on some darker area where it was hard to tell.

Mine popped when I was off-roading around the large open mountainous areas near the land act dam trying to clear up one last big section of fog on my map, so check those mountains.
