Able to having personal vehicle and Plane at the same time.

When I wanted to fly with a plane, I do spawn it, but it spawns 1 mile away from me. Sometimes I can't even find a car around and have to walk there. To prevent this, players should be able to have spawned personal vehicle and personal plane at the same time.

Even when I'm in a airport/airway, it sometimes can spawn it at far..

If i need a personal aircraft, i just spawn a Pegasus aircraft at my office, and fly to it with that. CEO vehicle or Buzzard works fine too.

Call CEO/MC vehicle or Kosatka's Sparrow, the spawning system works well for those.
They could have marked spawn location on map https://imgur.com/XaDpBXN
They could have made personnal car and aircraft 2 differents categories.

There are areas like the NC on the bottom of map where spawning car can be miles away for whatever reason.
All CEO/MC system is trash, everybody should be able to use abilities.
