(assuming it works - some other support pages been having problems recently)

How do you even access live chat? I only get the assistant who can’t answer my question and sends me to email.

There's a link up there.... that if you use while signed in... will give you access to livechat.

Hi, anyone today can login to their support at all? I cannot login to even view the request I submitted, always getting an error.

"There was an error on submission. Please check all fields and try again." This is what I get, whilst logged in for chat support.....pretty sure I'm fully censored now tho....your mileage may vary.

Am pretty sure you can be banned for no reason if you use live chat
