How do I customize the baseball bat? is my game broken?

I went to the gun van and bought the baseball bat, but I can't customize it no matter what I do, anybody?

maybe released today or in a month

right now only cheaters and exploit get you access to them until it is released
so cheater can drop them and you can collect them, don't know how r* sees these cases and if their anticheat may get triggered by such actions, always the question is this already willful interaction to trigger acc ban

yeah the youtuber simply use cheater to showcase this unreleased content as they always already did in the past and their acc may get banned but who cares it is only tiny investment to get the latest content info
R* won't go after their youtube acc because they also need them for marketing and pr, maybe they also have deals with rockstar so some kind of premium acc's to showcase this stuff similiar to journalist who always get unreleased games early to have the articles rdy right at release day

Those do not count, and its limited anyway. No attachments like majority of firearms.
