I am trying take a photo of bank manager in police helicopter and cant figure out which Xbox button to use

Its hard enough to keep them in focus but I've tried many different buttons and still cant take photo to send to Sinestra

no I use the helicopter camera. The phone camera will take photo but wont send

you can also land and use the mk2 or stand on the roof and take the shot with your phone if it is too complicate, with the helicopter
this crap is always a little bit buggy and sometimes simply don't accept your pictures
so you need to make multiple of them maybe also from different angles until it finally recognize you have them in the right position

sometimes it feels like there is delay until it accepts the picture

The timing for picture is when he gets his arms around her after dancing (if I remember correctly).

Just land with mk2 not too close and don't frighten NPC. You can literally walk and get close to them.

what was happening was I had to wait for the game to activate something that let me take the photo, I was expecting it to happen straight away but waiting a while let me do it and send the photo.
