Lester's missions

Is there no way to leave the Lester missions for last anymore? I reached a point in the game that I can't progress without doing the mission "The Hotel Assassination". It changed something?

I think you have to do it before continuing with the story. I got up to the life invader mission on xbox then stopped playing because I got GTA on PC. Nothing else was available for me.

Nothing changed, that always was the case.

The first assassination (Hotel) has to be done to continue the story.
You can save all others for last.

I thought there was 4.. the story line one for life invader, which you can still net a profit from during your progression.. and then the 3 others you can save for end game.. Tho I guess my numbers could be inflated by 1.. been so long ICR..

Nah, you can't make a profit from the Lifeinvader stock during the "Friend request" mission, as that stock never recovers.

These are the 5 assassination missions which you can profit from:

• The Hotel Assassination (mandatory during story line)
  
• The Multi Target Assassination
  
• The Vice Assassination
  
• The Bus Assassination
  
• The Construction Assassination
