GTA V cars difficult to steer
Having difficulty driving cars because they handle like a wet mattress. Even sports cars drive like they were made of pudding, causing me to constantly crash into everything. Even my first cheap Honda had more responsive handling than any car in this game. And I've tried adjusting all mouse settings with not much luck. Not sure of what to do.
I am getting closer and closer to giving up and deleting this game.

Using keyboard and mouse to drive in any game is a mediocre experience at best, it is recommended to use a xbox controller or a playstation controller.

You should switch to keyboard or controller
Rather than driving with the mouse.

^ this.

Use a controller. Mouse and keyboard is garbage for driving.

I tried steering with A and D keys but that's just as bad. And those tiny thumb-joysticks never gave me accurate control of anything in the past.

So should I hook-up an old Logitech flight stick; would that give me good control?

Or should I buy a steering wheel?

I had a buddy that used a steering wheel in single-player, he would sometimes mention that it was fun.
not sure if you can use it online though, I do not know the details

I would never dare go online -- I'd be crashing into everyone and spoil everyone's fun.

I can agree, a little bit. The cars in this game feel too easy and simplistic for me.
Personally really liked GTA 4's driving, you should try it. Near-best driving I have gotten in a game.

Also I know alot of people dislike GTA 4's driving, so to clarify. I am not being sarcastic.
