Will I have to buy it every time I start a new casino heist?

the practice drill, hacking device and things like that are one time buys and you keep them forever.

if you want to save money, you don't even have to buy them, they don't really give something extra, well besides "practice" which can be done for free in heist itself.

I agree they are largely a waste of money. I have plenty of cash and wanted them to fill out my arcade garage area visually. But i never use them. Except the drones, i use the drones.

The sec keypad can help improving hacking skills
If they make it so if u buy the vault door for example...you get like a bonus in drilling if you practice it before you start the heist...or if u managed to not overheat the drill u get a discount on vauld door (it will be more interesting but yea.....r* wont give discounts on them)
