Nightclub "Cargo and shipments" locked.
I have the vehicle warehouse yet for some reason I can't assign any workers to this type of business. Is this a bug? How do I unlock it?

That is Bunker not Vehicle warehouse.

Sporting Goods is connected to the bunker, Cargo and shipments is connected to the hangar and/or the special cargo warehouses

Cargo and Shipments — CEO Office Warehouse or Smuggler’s Hangar;
Sporting Goods — Gunrunning Bunker;
South American Imports — M/C Cocaine Lockup;
Pharmaceutical Research — M/C Methamphetamine Lab;
Organic Produce — M/C Weed Farm;
Printing & Copying — M/C Document Forgery Office;
Cash Creation — M/C Counterfeit Cash Factory.

Btw, does anyone know if the special cargo warehouse size affects how much money you're making off the "Cargo and Shipments" business?
