Oppressor II controls

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out how to use the oppressor with keyboard/mouse controls. So far, the only way this game will let me fly the oppressor is left hand using WASD controls, then to move the Oppressor up/down, I have to use my 5 and 8 keys, then fire is on the mouse.

Obviously this makes no sense why it would be set up like this to begin with but these are the default settings. Instead of pressing 8 to go up and 5 to go down, I need to be able to use the mouse for this, otherwise I can't compete.

I've attempted to find the settings on my own, even contacted Rockstar and yet I have not found how to do this. Any help would be appreciated

Well, if shift/ctrl doesn't suit you. The only way to play on keyboard/mouse is to accept using 8/5 on numpad. Or get a controller, that's the second option.

As annoying as it is, you need to get used to he ctrl+shift controls for it if you want to use it competitively.

This here is the correct answer.
Those are the default mappings for K/M controls, not requiring the numpad keys.
OP, mark it!

Any other custom mapping would mess up the controls for other helis and VTOLs.

The Oppressor MK2 uses the right mouse button to fire its weapons, which is normally used to toggle mouse steering.

Likewise, it uses the spacebar to fold its winglets for speed increase and vertical descent, which is normally used as weapons trigger.
