How to stop the army from shooting you down?

Im using mods etc, with the mod menu in singleplayer, and im trying to record some footage for youtube and i always seem to get shot at ONLY when im in a vehicle by the Military yet that lurks around the base?
Any tips how to stop that?

the military have aimbots. its impossible to not get shot down legit. blame rockstars lazy programming. at lease gta sa it was more fun breaking into a base

Well to start, they do have instant aim. But impossible? Nah.

It's pretty easy, steal a jet, take off and pull up. Invert your camera so you can watch for the enemy jet spawning (or prevent it) and just fly straight away and up. May not even have a missle launched at you.

Guys, i know how to avoid being shot down but there's a Youtuber who makes vid on the military airfield, takes off in modded planes and doesn't get shot down, that's what i want to know is how has he done it.

If you use Menyoo SP version just turn on never wanted and restricted area access and you can do what you want wherever you want with no wanted level.
