What's the difference between a normal and a stilt apartment?

Should check on YT, all the apartments have been shown off. I don't believe there's a major difference myself other than location and personal choice. That Said if you've got the dosh go ahead n get the stilts for giggles.

IMO they need to add more regular houes/mansions. When I think of things to spend upwards of a million on, apartment isn't on the list.

If you got extra money get one, but dont have it as your primary. Its very annoying to start heists in random houses in the hills.
